Bryan is a co-author of the Minnesota Practice Series Collections Handbook. He is a national and local presenter on the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and other collections topics. His published work includes articles on collections, business practices, probate administration, and various other topics.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Bryan was a small business owner and spent 12 years working in the residential construction and landscaping fields. His experience in these areas gives him unique insight into the needs of small businesses.
In addition to practicing law, Bryan is actively involved with a number of recreational sports and organizations. His primary hobby is whitewater kayaking. Bryan has paddled whitewater rivers throughout the United States and abroad. He is an A.C.A. Level IV certified whitewater kayak instructor, teaching as a volunteer with local organizations.
